the guests requested they want to check in early. So I told them I’m not sure if Dec 5 will have snow or not. If there is snow, I have a snowblower in the garage. On Dec 5, there was a lot of snow, so I cleaned the snow for them before they arrived. First thing they did when they entered the house was to call me to complain there is a deflated balloon under the TV table and they want the full amount of the cleaning fee sent to their email. So I told them to call Vrbo to report the problem. But they didn’t want to. So I called Vrbo to talk to them. Then, Vrbo told me that I didn’t have to return any fees back to them or e transfer them. First, the house was totally clean, every guest I had before reported that the cleanliness of the home was wonderful. David’s group was most definitely trying to scam some money back from their booking and were lying about the cleanliness of our home. The person who wrote the review (David) did not even attend the house! The people who stayed in the house was five women. Secondly, I never wrote any emails to this person. I cleaned the bathtub for half an hour after they used it. Third, I told them if they wanted the full cleaning fee refund, they needed to keep the house in the same condition that they left it in when they arrive at the home. I told them to meet me at checkout time at 11 A.M. After that they didn’t respond to my text message and quickly left that’s because they scratched the wall. These guests are definitely not welcome again.
