Welcome to Eagle's house! this is a rental room in a house, the house located in a garden community. We offer bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and private washroom for you to have a great sleep and recharge your energy and enjoy all Victoria has to offer.

the house is located in a beautiful part of Victoria.. many old growth trees, and very quiet. We enjoyed our drive down to Cordova Bay and scenic walk on the beach there.. the Kitchen was easy to use, we had our own shelf in the fridge.. I would definitely stay there again.

Onsite host was amazingly gracious and helpfulThe room we had needed a few things in our opinion in order to meet traveller expectations:Instructions for the tv remote necessary to navigate the controlsFan only had one speed (hi) and should have been checked for speed optionsFireplace required help to get pilot light on but control did not igniteToilette paper holder needs attention to secure to the wallI'm hoping these suggestions are helpfulWe were very pleased with on onsite host - thank you

beautiful house, quiet neighborhood, it was like living in a forest, but 10 minutes away from Downtown. Best stay I had in a long time.

Very comfortable room with a large bathroom. Very quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. On arrival the room did not have towels or sheets but that was remedied quickly. If booked on Expedia make sure that the booking is communicated to VIRBO. I would recommend this place for a couple.

The host is friendly. The room was nice, but the discription of the place was misleading. It was a only the room and large bathroom. Everything is shared, no tv in the bedroom.

From start to finish, our stay was incredibly smooth and effortless. The host was exceptionally friendly, always prompt, and incredibly helpful with every question we had. The house is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood, offering easy access to both the nearby lake and beach. We especially appreciated how clean and tidy the room and the entire house were. A huge hats off to the host for maintaining such a neat and organized place! We made good use of the kitchen, which was very clean and offered plenty of space for cooking and making coffee. We will absolutely be looking to stay here again.
