Exposed stone walls, two balconies, and a large private rooftop terrace create the perfect setting for slow mornings and sunset aperitivi, with views over the Chiesa di San Gioacchino and the distant sea.
Step outside and you’re immediately immersed in Ceglie’s cafés, restaurants, and winding white-stone streets, all within easy walking distance.
This inviting one-bedroom home blends authentic historic character with modern comfort. Exposed stone walls, air conditioning in every room, and a bright living area create a welcoming place to relax after a day exploring the town.

There’s a great mix of little spots, too — cozy trattorias, bakeries, and small artisan shops, all within walking distance. Plus, the views out to the countryside and olive groves around the edges of town just add to the relaxed pace here.
