We really enjoyed the home. Everything we needed was there. Home was clean and beautiful. Only thing was that the kitchens pots and pans are very outdated and everything we cooked would stick to them.

We liked the home. The reason for the 3-star rating was that the kitchen was poorly equipped. The pots and pans were very old and gross. Also, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, NO extras (we had to go and buy our own).

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the home overall, but we sincerely apologize that the kitchen cookware and bathroom supplies fell short of expectations during your stay. We take guest comfort seriously; we will review the condition of the cookware. We have also reinforced our turnover checklist with our housekeeping team to ensure that extra rolls of toilet paper and essential amenities are always fully stocked before every arrival. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could make these immediate improvements for future guests.
