Escape to this beautifully decorated home while you watch the ocean from the living room. This home is centrally located and invites you to relax on one of the porches or in the sunroom while you enjoy refreshing ocean breezes. Enhance your experience with optional memberships to both the Shoals Club and the Bald Head Island Club (available at separate pricing).

Sleeps 12 (max.). 5 bedrooms (1K-1K-1Q-1BB-1BB,1TR). 4 full baths. 1 half bath. (2) 4 passenger cart. Screened porch.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Friday-Friday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 10:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 10:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very substandard and disappointing

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and the location was great. On the down side there were several maintenance issues that distracted from the property (which we have identified to the management company). The management company was very responsive in providing on-site support.

Great location and layout

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location and layout! We had 3 families and never felt crowded. The location is perfect- a beach access across the street and centered half way on the island between shoals club and marina. Things to improve on: needs more daily silverware, deck is a splinter heaven, lock to back door to deck does not work.
