Spacious and Elegant 2-story guest suite with AC, WiFi by UVIC

We may be new to VRBO but have almost four years of being a super host on Air..b with this property.

This is a new Georgian style building, elegant and unique. Our BnB is located near the University of Victoria campus, only 5 minutes driving from the university and 4 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. There are buses 27 and 28 that will take you to the downtown area.

Follow the garden path, you will see the bright and elegant suite. On the first floor, you will find a perfect kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious living room. This is a perfect place for small families, business guests and couples. On the second floor, you go up the stairs and to your right you have a luxurious leather sofa, bed to relax or sleep, outlook, large French windows that have blackout curtains and a layered sheer privacy curtian. In this area is the patio door with with a gliding screen that leads to the balcony. The bathroom is on the second floor and it is to the right of the sofa bed. To the left of the stairs, is a luxury King bed(authentic Derucci mattress) and enormous French windows with black out curtains and a layered privacy sheer curtain. Opposite of the bed is a dedicated working desk with comfortable velvet, ottoman. To the right of the working desk is an additional sofa to relax. The design and color of the room will remind you of Van Gogh's famous painting (apricot flowers in spring), where you can stay calm and peaceful, relaxed and hopeful.

The guest will have a designated free parking spot inside of the gate , and free Wi-Fi.

The garden suite opens to a large and beautiful garden bordered backyard. You will see a large and gorgeous iron dining table, that can be for guest use. The backyard is shared with us. We have a number of young children’s toys that we are also happy to share if you are traveling with a child.

We have a valid B&B license for this property, it is not a short term rental license. You can choose any dates available on the calendrer. If you see any dates you would like to book are not available, please send me a message so that I can make better arrangements for you.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting my daughter at UVic! I honestly have no complaints- the suite is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, and the amenities are fantastic. The kitchen has everything needed and more, the bathroom is large and gorgeous, and the bedroom is more than large enough for us and our bags, along with a huge closet. The pull-out sofa was perfect for our teenage daughter. We also loved the fireplace and television, which made for very comfortable evenings. Parking is very convenient and the outdoor space is so lovely. The location is close to the university and also in a very walkable neighbourhood. My husband loved going out for walks to Mt. Douglas in the mornings and to the nearby coffee shop.Communication with Kate was very easy and responsive- she was quick to answer all questions, and the suite has handy information provided throughout. It could not have been easier. We will definitely look into staying here again during our future trips- it is at the top of our list! I can't recommend it enough.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is well furnished. The kitchen has excellent appliances. It is close to Mount Douglas. A neighborhood coffee shop is a 10 minute walk.The host is easily reached and very accommodating.It is a 30 minute drive to downtown.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. It was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. The gardens were serene and so pretty. Kate was extremely helpful and responded quickly to questions. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

The property was perfect for our needs in a nice residential area. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and was nice and close to a grocery store. The host was amazing, communication was easy and she offered lots of great restaurant suggestions when we asked for recommendations. Highly recommended!

Amazing place!

We so enjoyed our stay and found the proximity to Uvic just as described and a very easy drive. Easy to find beach access nearby. We had everything we needed in the suite and the hosts were lovely and accommodating. Definitely recommend the suite and would stay again.

Highly recommend to all.

Nicely appointed with great bed, kitchen, & bathroom. Quiet & one can drive down town in 15 min. Also a bus. Not suitable if you can not do stairs. Hostess friendly & available. I would stay again.

Excellent property for a family. It was exceptionally well equipped in kitchen and bathrooms, spacious, multiple bed options, lit stairs and had candy! Laundry was super quiet and convenient as we were there for sports tournament. Only area of improvement is Internet was a bit spotty. Would not hesitate to recommend this property. We travel lots and this property definitely enhanced our stay!

AMAZING!!!

The only thing better that this two-level studio is the host!During my week-long stay, the host made sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable and informed.The appliances/furnishings in this place are all high-end and immaculate. The studio was very clean-it was obivous that care had been taken to prepare the space for my stay. The large bed is super comfortable (I happened to notice two different levels of pillow thickness which is a huge plus for me) and the soaker tub was an added bonus. The living room and kitchen both look onto a gorgeous garden and the fireplace was a nice feature. There are two pull-out sofa beds if you have kids.It should be noted that you can hear people in other units, esp on the main floor kitchen/living room, but I did not find this to be an issue in the main bedroom. I would definitely stay here again!
