Inside the main home you will find the spacious master Queen bedroom with robes and split system, giving a little touch of modern comfort on those hot summer days or cool winter nights. The bedroom next door comes with 2 singles and robes. The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The toilet is a separate powder room off the laundry with both washing machine and dryer for use during your stay.

The heart of this home is the open plan living and kitchen area. Enjoy your evenings relaxing in the comfortable leather sofas after a busy day exploring. The living space also boasts a split system.

The kitchen offers mid century elements combined with present day conveniences you would need for your stay.

The final Queen room and bathroom can be found in a separate unit in the garden of the main house and accessed via the main house, and with its own external entrance to the lane way. This unit has a large spacious main room with Queen bed, split system and a small seated area dominated by its cathedral ceiling. There is a small bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a kitchenette making the Unit self-sufficient so a great space for those in your party who need their own space.

Outside you will find a fully enclosed yard with a fire pit and outdoor chairs to relax in after a day at the beach.

Retro Retreat is exceptionally well placed for everything Warrnambool has to offer.

Just around the corner you will find the famous Fletcher Jones building filled with treasures waiting to be discovered.

The local beach ‘The Flume’ is a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive), it’s dog friendly, a well known surf beach and a great spot to cool off in waves.

The Hopkins River precinct is a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) and is perfect for beach combing, bird watching, fishing, water sports and the view whales and the Aurora Australis (in season).

Warrnambool city center is a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive). Offering an array of shops, restaurants, cinema, art gallery and theatre.
