Such a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store and convenience stores right on the same block. The three levels worked well for our group and gave us lots of space. The top floor has 2 seperate bedrooms and a toilet. The middle floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and washing machine area to wash & hang clothes to dry. The bottom level where you come into the home has a separate toilet and a separate bath/shower room. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend using a translation app with a camera to point at all the electronics to figure out how to use them. Google Translate worked well. We had never been to Japan so there was a bit of a learning curve.The train station on the Oedo line is just down the street and got us all over Tokyo. Download the green Suica card and put into your phone’s wallet. Easy to add money and just tap to get on and off trains. Made things super easy, no train tickets needed. You can also shop lots of places with the Suica card and avoid a credit card fee for every transaction.It was really nice to come back to this home and neighborhood after a long day exploring. I highly recommend staying here. The host was easily reached for questions through Whatsapp. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had great communication given to us before we even arrived at the property. The house was in a great location and all the amenities that we needed were available. He would definitely stay there again.

Great single family home in Tokyo

Great place in Tokyo! 3 levels was perfect for our family with a grocery store one block away. Very convenient to the Oedo subway line in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely hard, but maybe that’s the style here. Would definitely recommend.

Great Property and Location

This is a remodeled property with everything in clean and working order. Plenty of space in the 3 level townhouse for my family of four with the property in a quiet, residential area. Great location only a few minutes walk to 2 convenience stores, a Life Supermarket and the Wakamatsu-Wakada exit on the Toei Oedo (Red E) train in Shinjuku. Nice split AC/Heating units in each bedroom and the living room. Two toilets with bidets was very helpful for four people and the shower/tub was wonderful. The host was very helpful and communicated timely, in English, via WhatsApp. Host accommodated our need to drop off our luggage before checkin. As a fellow VRBO property owner I highly recommend this property.
