AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

The Oasis is a beautifully furnished, one bedroom condominium in the heart of Cinnamon Shore North's Town Center! This delightful and serene 1st floor unit features 10 ft. ceilings, tile flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. Enjoy visiting at the large granite island while the chef of the family prepares your "catch of the day". A lovely courtyard patio is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening after a long day on the beach! You are close to all of the community treasures, such as the golf-cart accessible beach cross-overs, the Dune Pool with fitness center, Keira's pool featuring the C Bar cafe, 2 fishing ponds, Dylan's Pizzeria, the coffee shop, and our fine dining restaurant Lisabellas- all right here. Just a few minutes away is the quaint little town of Port A where bay and deep sea fishing trips may be chartered. You will never be lacking for things to do while vacationing at beautiful Cinnamon Shore North!

Cinnamon Shores is a great location. We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and convenient. The Condo could use new sofa and a more comfortable mattress with better bedding. Those changes would make for a better experience.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. There were fire pits for sitting out under the stars, movies for the kids at night under the stars, cornhole, a snack truck, multiple restaurants and pools all within walking distance from each unit.There are golf carts, ebikes, and shopping on site. This is the cleanest and most relaxing property we have ever stayed at and will always come back here in the future!

Cozy winter stay at Cinnamon Shores.

What a great way to enjoy Port Aransas with out the crowds. The weather could not have been more perfect ,cool but sunny.We enjoyed walking the beach and collecting intact sea shells ! Visited friends in Rockport but looked forward to returning to our condo .Just what I needed for recharge and reflection.Pool was heated but never made it there.

Unfortunate experience and some pros

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and atmosphere of the property and beach access was excellent. However the unit was not as expected. When we entered the unit, we were hit with a very musty/dirt like/moldy smell and mildewed stained bedding. The office was closed but they did reply to my text and said they would send someone the following day. The next day they asked when we would be away from the unit because they don’t like to send people out when it’s occupied if they’re looking for mold. I told them we would be out by 10/1030 to head to the beach. Unfortunately, by the time we called back at 2:30 they had still not sent anyone. My husband went to check in at the office and they said they would send someone immediately. While they recognized the smell, (at least they did while we were there...in later emails they denied that there was a smell) they said they didn’t know how to fix it because in looking in the vents they could not see mold. My husband, being in the maintenance industry, gave them some helpful tips on what they could do for immediate relief and they did that which was utilizing bleach and the smell did go away for about 24 hours. By the time it returned, it was the evening before we were to leave so fortunately we were not there much longer after it started to return. Other than the unit, the experience was really nice. We had friends that stayed upstairs from this unit, and they, fortunately did not have this experience. I do hope they are able to get this resolved for future patrons.

We were located and in walking distance to the board walk to beach, close to two of the three pools and near the restaurants. We would definitely go back. Wonderful!

Perfect Mother Daughter Trip

Great location, within walking distance of the beach. Very clean and well stocked. Stayed for a weekend with my teenage daughter and it was perfect for us. The only negative was the lights outside the master bedroom are very bright at night, but that’s the layout of the building, nothing the property owner can do about it. I’ll bring a sleep mask next time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and right next to Lisabella’s restaurant, Dylan’s pizza and the ice cream truck. Only two (very minor) complaints - because it’s located on the ground floor, you can hear the people above you. Also, the king bed is a tight squeeze in the bedroom, so be careful not to bump your knee or stub your toe going around the corner of the bed into the closet. Other than that, it’s a charming place to stay - great kitchen, washer and dryer, patio.

Nice preseason visit to Cinnamon Shores

We visited Cinnamon Shores in early May since our children spoke so highly of it. We were there from a Mon-Fri. The condo we stayed in was the perfect size for 2 people (or possibly a young family of 4). It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the patio door- the door hinge was broken and difficult to lock so we didn’t use the patio (but would have liked to - it’s a nice spot to sit and read in the morning or evening). Our only other issue was with the sleeper sofa in the living room - ouch, so uncomfortable to sit on! And there was only one other chair, so one of us had to sit there if we wanted to watch tv. I’m not sure if it is comfortable as a bed, but the sofa is not. Hopefully the owner will consider replacing that for future guests. The resort property is great, especially for families. We checked out all of the pools and many of the restaurants- all great! Easy to rent beach umbrellas and chairs, and fun to drive around in the golf cart! Overall, definitely recommend the resort and this condo. Thanks for a nice visit!

However, it is time for a refresh. Upon arrival, the smell of the air freshener was overwhelming. Is this because there is mold problem? The kitchen utensils are old and worn out and there aren't very many. The front door looks like it has been kicked in at one time and the door lock gave us fits. But the staff and the other amenities at C Shore made up for all of it. Another great stay. We will be back but won't stay in this unit.

Very nice condo in the center circle

This unit was just as advertised. Right across from Lisabellas and the check in process was very easy. It’s a first floor unit and the people directly above us were noticeable but not disruptive so overall we were happy and would stay here again.

1st Family trip to Port A

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the amenities and that it was located walking distance to the beach along with the close restaurant options. Super easy check in and out. Close driving distance to the Port A marina and Corpus Christie. We will definitely be back to Port A and the Oasis at Cinnamon Shores.

The master bedroom mattress was quite uncomfortable/springy, master bedroom very bright due to patio lights with no way of turning those off, the bathtub had hairs in it, there were ants in the bathroom, bathroom outlet/plug did not work. We love Cinnamon Shores and will always highly recommend them!! This specific condo did not meet our expectations given the high price and that was very disappointing.

Not to mention the sheets didn't fit properly and popped off constantly. Upon check I'm the floors were very dirty, but everything else was in order. Also they do not provide a key to the patio door. We used this door moat often to come and go since we parked our gold cart outside but of we wanted to lock the door we had to walk all the way around the building to the main door. All in all, if you don't mind an uncomfortable bed, it's a nice unit and very conveniently located.

Nightmare and Fraud at Cinnamon Shores!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Miserable. The ceiling had a leak for 3 of the days that we were there. We could not use the living area sofa. We covered the sofa ourselves in plastic and towels. We had to repeatedly was the towels and dry them to protect the sofa. We had maintenance men and plumbers in and out of our unit at ALL hours. The kitchen pots and pans were old and dirty. There were not two drinking glasses or coffee mugs that matched. The utensils need updating. The closet had no hangers for our clothes. The walls were dented and scuffed in almost every room. We have been coming to Cinnamon Shores for years and this was the worst experience.
