Well, we had traveled for 12 hours to get on Cape for my father's funeral. It was 10:30 p.m. when we got to the rental. We were overheated and thought how a jump in the pool at night might be fun. I was exhausted so we didn't. We instead spent time figuring out why the house was so hot! Each room had a mini split system that shut off after one hour! The next day our family arrived and took a tour of the house and grounds. They found 2 extra guests hanging out in the pool, a Mouse and a decomposing Squirrel! The mouse was floating about, and the Squirrel had died and somehow ended up in the leaf basket! Can you imagine a midnight swim? My family would have been paying for a 2 for 1 at The Funeral Home! Other things that should have brought a discount but didn't -2 windows with half a window in them, frame but no glass, weird. Curtains were hanging like a frat house had decorated. The smell of propane was disturbing but my son in law said not to worry, "it's an old stove".There were "FIRE" televisions in all rooms but make sure to bring lots of batteries and have Amazon Prime accounts otherwise if you have teenagers, you are in trouble!If you are used to a place that welcomes you and allows you to rest, I just can't recommend this. It is a great place for younger people who don't care as they just want to party. I hope this helps you.
