Escape to paradise at Gulf Cottage 1108, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom gulf-front townhome offering over 1500 sq ft of luxurious living space. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private screened lanai, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.

This beautifully appointed townhome comfortably sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate relaxation. Guest bedroom one features a queen-size bed, while guest bedroom two is furnished with two twin beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Two additional guest bathrooms provide ample space and convenience. The loft even has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table on the screened lanai, soaking in the mesmerizing Gulf views. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also included.

Lovely spot and the beach is right out the back door! Unit was light and bright, we loved the screened in porch, and the whole vibe put us on island time. Everything we needed was included, but as the owner clearly communicated to us, there are no food products of any kind in the house, so if you're going to cook you'll need to bring everything yourself (including basics like salt and oil) and things are very expensive on the islands - we put in a grocery order at Target and picked it up on our way from the airport, which worked well. Also this place is not part of the resort it's located near/in, so the big pool/arcade are not part of the rental - but you're probably here for the beach anyway!

This is a very nice property. Unfortunately we had bulldozers right in front of the house the entire time. The bright lights and constant beeping definitely made it hard to sleep. The property was clean and renting beach equipment from the VayKay partner was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again as long as the beach construction is finished.
