Our purpose built Airbnb offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and breathtaking lake and mountain views. Enjoy a year-round heated pool, spa, sauna, outdoor shower and gym.
Keep warm with a double-sided fireplace and ducted heating throughout.
There is a playground down the road, along with two tennis courts and basketball hoops.

Please Note: ONE ELEVEN ON THE MILE is located in a newly developed neighbourhood. While this ensures a modern and vibrant area, it also means there may be some daytime construction noise from nearby houses during weekdays. The evenings and nights, however, are wonderfully quiet.
Guests will receive a unique door code 3 days prior to Check-In.

For your convenience, you'll find a comprehensive house manual inside the property.
It includes key information on operating the central heating, using the TVs, disposing of rubbish, accessing Wi-Fi, and much more.
Please refer to it to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Please supervise young children around the pool area, gym equipment, and the back of the property, as a garden hedge blocks a bank. Keep the pool cover on when not in use.
There is one security camera outside by the front door facing the street, which cannot see or hear inside the property. There are no cameras inside the property.

We are a husband and wife team. Through our own experiences of staying at other Airbnbs, we often felt they were missing something. We wanted to create a space that truly felt like home, where you had everything you needed right at your fingertips—no need to pop out to the shop for scissors because they’re already there.
This is our first Airbnb build, and we have poured our hearts into creating a space that combines comfort, luxury, and the natural beauty of Taupō. We are fortunate to live in this neighbourhood and feel privileged to share it with our guests. Our goal is to create enough of a memorable experience that you’ll be eager to return and make it part of your yearly travel plans.
