Clean, beautiful, spacious studio condo overlooking the beach. Check-in was super simple. Staff were friendly and courteous. We totally enjoyed this space and the amenities. Will stay here again!

Great location. Clean room. Didn’t use the pool. Easy walk to beach. Beautiful sunsets.

The view from our balcony was beautiful. Able to watch the sunset. Our unit was spotless when we arrived. It was well appointed and extremely comfortable. We would recommend staying here and hope to again

The condo was comfortable, nice furnishings, plenty of cook and dinnerware. Extra large TV. Great location. The bldg is still in need of site repairs but this unit was as shown. Didnt give a 5 due to exterior which owner doesnt control.

Thank you for the review. We are happy other you enjoyed the condo and all that it had to offer. As you mentioned, we do not control the exterior of the building, and it is still under some repairs since hurricane Ian. However, there is nothing repair wise happening that should impact future guests stay!

This unit was great! Just like the pictures, even better. Nice and bright, very clean. The view of the beach was perfect! The balcony was very nice to sit on no matter the time of day. The furniture was very comfy, and even the bed was too, which is usually tough to come by when staying away from home. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pools. Nice fully-applianced kitchen, even had a Keurig. The property grounds were still being worked on due to the hurricane damage, but wasn't noisy or inconvenient at all. Both pools were fully open. We'd definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Great stay

We were at this condo for 10 days over Christmas. We were fortunate and the weather was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and a nice little spot, Doc's Restaurant. The view from the lanai was excellent for sunsets! Traffic on Bonita Beach Rd can get a little loud when motorcycles or loud cars go by but nothing horrible. Still a little under construction but it didn't interfere with anything. 2 nice pools but downside is they are shaded by the buildings for a lot of the day. Condo was clean and furnished very nicely. The point of contact for any issues was very courteous and help was prompt. Had a little issue with the bathroom. Fixed very quickly by a really nice guy. Couldn't figure out the TV channels and go help with that issue. Overall, a great stay and we hope to be back.
