Fantastic new family vacation home located in the beautiful community of Bishop's Landing just four miles from Bethany Beach! Casually elegant decor and spacious open concept floor plan includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full plus 1 half bathrooms and features all the comforts of home including an amazing roomy full-size kitchen with many upgrades. Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Gas Grill, 2 TVs, WiFi and charming patio out back. Exceptional Clubhouse offers an amazing pool, fitness center, beach shuttle and tennis courts! (Limit of 8 recreation passes) The kids will love the catch and release fishing in community ponds. Perfect location convenient to lots of restaurants, tax free shopping and only just a short 5-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Bethany Beach. All this makes for a perfect summer beach vacation where you will be sure to create those special family memories! The community registration fee is $125.00 per reservation. Pet Friendly with $250 per pet fee!
