Welcome to our cozy and modern one-bedroom suite, perfect for short-, medium-, and long-term stays!

Located on the 1st floor, this private space features a beautiful living room with portable A/C, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with standing fan, wash/dryer, & dishwasher.

It is situated in Langford 4 mins from highway to downtown Victoria. Easy access to premium outlet shopping, stores, groceries, Costco, Royal Roads University, and Victoria General hospital.

Please be aware that there is the highway road to downtown Victoria behind the suite which can generate some noise during from moving vehicles.

Please keep windows shut to reduce noise level.

Portable Air Conditioning is present only in the living room but can keep the entire suite cool if doors are opened and windows shut. Additionally, there is a standing fan in bedroom.

Travelled with my husband and 3 month old daughter, and we had a wonderful stay! The suite was freshly clean and easy to follow check in instructions. The bed was cozy and and the space felt comfortable and welcoming. A crib was provided as well. A wonderful host and wonderful stay! I recommend to other travellers

This space is clean, welcoming, and quiet! We had a wonderful 2-night stay here with everything we needed. The host was so helpful and answered any question I had almost immediately. The neighbourhood is very safe and in a great location to shops, the highway to downtown Victoria, and nature hikes.

This was the cleanest place we have ever seen for a VRBO! Spotless, not a speck of dust or dirt, amazing! So thankful for that! Easy check in and the unit was exactly as listed. We found it to be very quiet as well. Had everything you would need to be comfortable and safe parking in a driveway too! Highly recommend! The casino is only 9 minutes away too for some fun! I would recommend some ice trays for the freezer and some hooks in the bathroom for personal items or an over the door clothes hook for robes etc.

Cleaning was not great. Floors, carpets, washroom not clean. We also were missing some sheets and pillows. Does not sleep 4. Couch has pull out bed but you cannot sleep on it. We had to sleep on the floor. Bedroom bed extremely soft. Highway noise isn’t too bad.
