House was nice and clean, Caroline was lovely during check in, check out instructions unclear said to return key's but no location given tried to communicate with hour long delayed replies when i had to make a 8 hour time sensitive trek home, bed was uncomfortable. Overall is was adequate for the time we stayed.

Perfect for a short break

We had a short break of 5 days at this property, which we found to be a relaxing, lovely space which was warm, clean, well equipped, and had a beautiful view over the lake and cityscape of Belconnen.The sunsets were amazing, and Caroline was kind and hospitable to our needs.I would recommend this property without hesitation

I was staying in Canberra for my son’s wedding and needed a functioning kitchen to bake the wedding cake. Not only is this apartment beautiful and has a lovely view, but the kitchen worked really well and I was very relaxed completing my very important task. A lovely place to stay. Supermarket and a Westfield very close by. And a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the view was magnificent. The location was some distance from the main attractions of Canberra but very close to lovely walk trails around Lake Ginninderra. Also close to shops and restaurants. And a car bay was included.Caroline was very easy to deal with and answered all our queries promptly.

From publicity and the reviews of others we had high expectations and this place did not disappoint.The apartment is very clean, modern and tastefully furnished with excellent aircon and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable as was the sitting area. The view from the balcony is exceptional and the table and chairs enabled us to sit and enjoy the lake and hilltop scenery. The secure garage is a bonus as us the swimming pool. If we travelled to ACT again this property would be our first choice and we will recommend it to friends and family members. To top it all, a welcome back of breakfast goodies ‘was very welcome indeed’ as was the instant responses and warm welcome from our host.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment with stunning views of the lake and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Canberra. Communication with Caroline was easy and we really enjoyed this top floor stay. The breakfast provided was great and the place is so well appointed for cooking for yourself if you wish. We were even able to use the indoor pool one morning in the middle of winter as Caroline provided us with towels to use there. The place is very close to transport and some restaurants. All in all a lovely place for our 3 days there.

Parking was easy, Our Website fe-wo, where I booked also included breakfast in the price, which never happened..Toilet seat was brocken, made a report , never got it fixed. View was Superb. Overall 4 stars

Hi Herbert, thanks for your review. I regret the issue with the toilet seat. It’s all fixed now, thankfully it needed an easy adjustment 🙂 I thought the provided breakfast of Bread, eggs, butter, milk. Tea, coffee pods and the specially requested jam was a decent breakfast for two.
