Warning Elsa Stay

We arrived to a clean home. Backyard was full of fruit on ground which was not appealing and broken glass on door to backyard. Coffee pot was non working which made first morning rough. We had to shorten our stay by 4 days as we were worried about the age of windows not being hurricane proof & all the lawn furniture - it was advised items will be picked up in storm & with the amount of glass in the back of home safety was observed & we left. Hoping credit will be provided due to unsafe conditions, messaged agent waiting to hear back.

Nice home

The few complaints we have are there was glass from a broken door all over the floor and we could not adjust the “new” air conditioner below 75 because it may freeze up so the home was not as cool as it should have been. Overall the house is nice, the space was good and the neighborhood was quite.

GreatPlace to relax

I really enjoyed staying at this property although I did ask for an extra day we ended up checking out on the 22nd. We really enjoy dancing at the Monkey Bar live music every day when we first arrived we had no hot water. We called in a plumber they turned up the setting. 2 Days Later the bottom of the hot water heater rusted out and flooded the sunroom. They were right on it though they got it fixed the same day. We really enjoyed our stay. The manager was very polite.

It’s a nice house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Neighboring houses also appear to be rentals. The house and its property could use some TLC but it is clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay. Nicely remodeled home, very clean and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible Communication

Didn't receive code to get in. Contacted VRBO for help they called owner who complained of being called since it was 11pm in Germany. She referred us to a pdf she sent but that only had an email address. Reluctantly gave us local person's number. Also they don't let you set AC below 74 and house isn't insulated so it was warm the entire time. Stay elsewhere for more comfort and better communication from a host who actually appreciates your booking

Clean and quiet

Excellent communication with management company, they made sure everything was working. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great backyard for relaxing, just watch out for falling coconut and mangoes. ;-) The location is perfect with plenty of great restaurants within 5 to 10 minute drive. We will definitely return.

Cape Coral in February

We loved the property and experience. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Sitting outside by the canal was peaceful. My wife watched a hawk snatch a fish from the canal. It was like watching a nature show.

Darling Retro

This ‘50’s house is located on one of the many canal systems in Cape Coral. It’s renovations are very well done...modernized while not losing the charm of the home!! The owners have thought of all your needs. The backyard is a lovely respite to enjoy the sunset. Would definitely recommend!!
