We chose Quinn Street in Rosslea for its peaceful, green outlook and excellent central location. Positioned directly opposite the golf course and close to the Ross River, the area feels calm and open, yet you’re only minutes from Townsville’s key attractions.

What we enjoy most is the balance — quiet suburban living with easy access to everything. You can enjoy morning walks or bike rides along the river paths, relax with golf course views, and still be just a short drive from The Strand, Townsville Stadium, shopping centres, hospitals, and the CBD.

The neighbourhood is well suited to guests who value comfort, convenience, and a relaxed atmosphere, whether visiting for work, events, or a longer stay in Townsville.
