Enjoy the perfect break away at our relaxing, family friendly property. With a huge fully fenced back garden, trampoline and table tennis available, the kids will be well entertained while you are barbecuing on the sunny deck or cozying up around the fireplace.
The property has modern decor and furnishings throughout. It includes the 2-bedroom main house with open-plan kitchen and living area opening out to a large deck. The third bedroom is a spacious sleep-out garden flat with its own ensuite and undercover deck. The secure garage containing table tennis (perfect for rainy days), is ideal for storing your mountain bikes and then there is the huge back yard with trampoline. The separate zones are perfect for small groups holidaying together, allowing everyone to have their own space.
Guests have full and private access to the whole property, including the sleep-out and garage.

Kia ora! We're a mum and dad with two young boys who love to explore new places and have fun as a family. We live in Auckland but love it here in Rotorua and try to get down as often as we can for the amazing mountain biking, lakes, geothermal landscape and gorgeous scenery.
