Perfect Getaway place

We have been staying here for years now. It’s always a great stay. Everything is always clean and well taken care of. The easy access to beach water food shopping makes it the perfect get away place!!!

Beautiful Place!

The accommodations were perfect for our stay. Great AC, clean and as advertised. You can’t beat the view either for July 4th from the balcony. Loved close proximity to St. Andrews State Park too. We had a blast.

Fantastic Property, Great Location!!

Perfect spot on the beach, condo was clean and well-equipped. Updated and comfortable space, spectacular views. Host was fantastic with communication and clear instructions. We will rent here again next trip!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The taller chairs on the balcony were a great place to enjoy the beautiful view while having coffee in the morning or a drink as the sun was setting. The living room is beautiful with plenty of seating and the bed is very comfortable. Elevators were surprisingly fast and available the majority of our stay. We love the location next to Schooners and on the quieter end of the beach. There’s a rental for jet skis and other fun activities right there if you are looking for more adrenaline.

Great location with fantastic views and beach access. Enjoyed being next to Schooners and easy walk to Patches. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying at again.

The room was amazing. We’ve been coming to PCB for years and this is by far our favorite condo. It was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. I loved all the extra hooks!! Plus the sunset views were amazing! It was also the best height to view all the marine life. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Time Every Year

This is a very nice place to stay. Always clean net and very nicely taken care of. We stay here every year this was our fourth year staying. Owners take very good care of their place they share with others. Highly recommend!!

I don't have enough good things to say about this property!! It was clean, well decorated and outfitted with everything you need. The appliances all worked perfectly (though I didn't do much cooking). I loved the quick access to the state park, relative quiet this end of PCB, and the ease of moving around Seychelles. Stephanie was an absolutely amazing host. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. She went above and beyond when the city water main had an issue during my stay. The balcony is the nearest thing to heaven on earth! The chairs are perfect, the view incredible. You will love it here. Make the reservation!

Great stay at Seychelles, will book again!

We've stayed at Seychelles several times and will definitely book this unit again. It is just as pictured with beautiful decor plus very clean and super comfortable. We really enjoyed the nice chairs on the balcony and spent many hours there enjoying the gulf view. You can't beat staying right next door to Schooners, our favorite beach bar, and we enjoyed being able to walk to Patches for a casual, fun meal on the patio. We also like being so close to great dining options like Captain Anderson's and The Grand Marlin. The beach service with chairs and umbrella is particularly nice and one of the reasons we initially booked this unit. We definitely look forward to booking again!

Weekend getaway

Renting this property was a breeze. The location on the 21st floor was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. One issue that was a minor irritant: Check in was at 4. The code to the door apparently doesn’t work until 4:01. We arrived early and tried several times to see if we could get in a little early but that code would not work. We’ll have to remember that next time.

Perfect!

This is just what we needed to relax on Spring Break! We always like staying at Seychelles, and this is the first time to rent from these owners. Communication was great, condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of places to relax in the great room. The balcony has chairs and tables and is a n inviting space to sit and watch the ocean and sunsets. I had a question the first night we arrived and texted the owner. She immediately responded and kept in touch to make sure the issue was resolved (small issue with the remote control). We will definitely be staying here again!

Exactly as pictured super clean and well equipped. Perfect location.

What a lovely unit. We are self proclaimed clean freaks and this rental ticks all the boxes . Spotless even in the non visible places like behind the bed. I dropped my phone behind the bed and saw no dust. The kitchen has everything you need. The couch is so perfect for napping.The ice maker in the fridge kept up with our cooler demand. All of the small appliances of which there are many appear to be new. The milk frother was an added luxury. The view is perfect for sunsets. The unit is at the end and very quiet. Scooners is our favorite after the beach spot and right next door. The only thing for us would adding a few extra hooks in the hallway to hang keys or hats. We were constantly looking for a place to put them. We could not find a ramp to the beach so had to lift out beach cart down the stairs . We will rent this until again!!

Vacation

The condo was as advertised. We decided to leave a day early bc of weather and around 4pm the day before check out we were informed via message that maintenance was coming to do an inspection although I had already checked out I feel as if that isn't appropriate to have an inspection while the condo is rented. Other than that no complaints.

Last minute getaway

Very clean and well decorated property. Owners were very helpful, even offered a partial refund due to the pool/hot tub being closed unexpectedly during our stay. It’s at a very quiet end of the beach, which was just what we were looking for! Schooners being next door was convenient!

Great place and great stay!

My mom and I really enjoyed this condo! Very clean, organized and right on the beach. The owner gave great instructions and it was easy check in and check out. Will stay again!

Very nice place!!!

We stay at Seychelles every year for our anniversary and this was a really nice condo. Love the floors, love how owner decorated, very tastefully done. The 21st floor is the best!!! Hope to come back and stay. B. Curtis
