Our studio apartments provide single travelers with a compact, cozy, and comfortable short and long-term living space while in Tokyo.
The little private apartment has its own bathroom/ toilet and kitchen corner to prepare simple meals.

The coin laundry is available 24/7 on the 1st floor of the building, you can use the washing machines and the dryer machine, just save some coins and approximately 1 hour.
The whole apartment will be yours, please take good care of it and enjoy your Tokyo trip.
* You can contact me as soon as there are any problems or questions.
I do try to meet my guests as often as possible.

Guest Registration is required in advance.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive check-in information and guidance.
CHECK-OUT
We will also advise you on the details of how to check out the apartment the day before. Please do not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, including excessive amounts of trash.
CHECK-OUT delay:
The check-out time is fixed, any delay from 15 min would cost 4,000 yen per hour.
Please be ready on time or arrange a late check-out in advance.
* All rooms are non-smoking (including around the building).
If smoking is confirmed, an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be separately charged, and you will be evicted without a refund.
Thank you for not smoking!
* Children are welcome; the total number of guests, including kids, is 2 (regardless of the child's age).
* The minimum damage fee starts from 10,000 yen. Nights blocked during the repair due to the damage caused might be charged additionally.
Guest registration will be required before check-in by filling out the form with personal and traveling information.
This information is only submitted to the Japanese government department upon request and will not be disclosed to any third party. Please be assured.

Komagome is often overshadowed by Tokyo’s more famous neighborhoods, but it offers a unique glimpse into Tokyo's quieter, more traditional side. It's a place where you can still find old wooden houses, traditional craft shops, and a slower pace of life. The area’s rich history, combined with its beautiful gardens and local culture, makes it a delightful area to explore.
Komagome is easily accessible via the JR Yamanote Line and the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, the Station serves as the main transit hub, connecting visitors to the various attractions within the neighborhood.
Arrival is convenient whether you’re coming from the Tokyo Narita Airport or Haneda Airport, as the useful Yamanote Lopp Line offers easy access to the Komagome Station as well as the key destinations such as Ueno, Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya, and Shinjuku, ensuring you can effortlessly navigate the city and maximize your stay.
