Great location. Extremely close for day at the beach, fishing and so many bait shops nearby. Home was nicely secluded not over run with summer folks unlike other summer rental neighborhoods. Was super surprised how many mosquitoes throughout Surfside and Freeport area. Thankfully bug spray is sold everywhere. I would book again and recommend it.

Well, there’s holes in the walls. The porches were filthy ..roaches everywhere. I wasn’t impressed with the house at all. The yard is not as secure as they claim for my fog!!! the neighborhood is in shambles. Mosquitoes are awful, but that’s not the host problem just wasn’t what I expected.

Everything was clean and comfy inside. Great patio for a quite cup of coffee in the morning before a full day of fun with the kids. Plenty of room to eat and relax with the family. Check in and out was a breeze. The hosts were prompt to respond to any questions and very kind. Our dog and toddler loved the fenced in yard.

Gulfview Stay

Overall fine, but were unable to access internet as instructions were not at the unit as noted in the description. Not a big deal, but the POC for the property was unresponsive to call (full voice mail box) and text, so we had to do without.
