The kitchen, surrounded by natural light, is well equipped with cookware and small appliances to feed a group. The built-in breakfast nook comfortably seats seven, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee and quick meals.

The living room is spacious, with comfortable seating, and stained concrete flooring that stands up to wet feet straight from the pool.. A decorative wood-burning stove adds charm, while a streaming TV on a movable cart provides flexibility for entertainment—or even presentations. Kids (and kids at heart!) will love the NEX Playground system, offering hours of interactive fun.

The fenced-in swimming pool is perfect for cooling off from the blazing Texas heat. Later, relax on the screened-in porch, fire up the propane grill, and enjoy evenings outside without having to suffer the mosquitos.
