Apt C- Convenience and Relaxation in Downtown St Augustine

As close to a tree house experience as you’ll have in historic St Augustine! Enjoy the beautiful live oaks and Spanish moss from the deck or the many windows in the dining area.

Nestled on a quiet residential street in the historic Flaglers Model Land district of downtown St Augustine the apartment is just a block from the start of restaurants, shops, bars and historic sites. It is also a short 3-4 miles from renowned beaches. We provide 2 beach chairs, umbrella, towels and a cooler.

A few of the many amenities of this newly renovated large 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment include a hammock, a large back deck, a massage chair, upscale appliances - all designed to provide you with deep rest and relaxation after a full day of sightseeing and beach play.

Access to the apartment is via the well maintained staircase on the west side of the building. Please do not book if you have difficulty navigating stairs. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, no cable. We provide a complimentary parking pass to the city garage located 2 blocks from the apartment, a 6-minutre walk. The driveway is used for loading/unloading.

This property has exterior security cameras in the Front Porch, Backyard, and House Perimeter.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The location is excellent, and that was just the half of it. This property has everything you could ask for, including a massage chair! Full kitchen, comfortable bed, spacious for a top floor suite...quite and affordable

Everything Connie said was on the money. We had ZERO issues. The space was perfect for our time there and location was excellent. The massage chair was a tremendous bonus. Parking was as easy as described. Would highly recommend this host.

This is my 2nd time staying at this place. I'm glad I found it. Great location. 2 minute walk to George Street. Connie is always helpful and a really good communicator. I highly recommend this place.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location couldn’t be better, walkable to everything (restaurants, St. George, historical sites). We loved being able to sit outside on the deck. It was very secluded and private, making it seem like our own little oasis. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and stay hear again if we return to St Augustine.

Beautiful little hideaway, close to everything

We absolutely fell in love with this little apartment, and you can't beat the location. Far enough away from everything to be nice and quiet, yet close enough to the action to walk in a short time. If we ever make it back to St. Augustine, we'll most definitely stay here again.
