This newly appointed two-bedroom unit in a quiet residential street offers modern style, everyday comfort, and a prime location just minutes drive from the heart of the city, the Sandy Bay precinct, and the Crown Casino. Also nearby are native bush walks and beaches on the River Derwent banks, offering connection with nature as well as being centrally located.
The space is light-filled, thoughtfully furnished, and perfect for couples, small families, or professionals looking for a quiet place to unwind. Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds, while the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and the sparkling bathroom comes complete with a walk-in shower. The gas powered fire place sets the ambience in the living area, allowing you to relax in the comfort of the armchairs or cosy couch.

On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organises the housekeeping teams.

For a breath of fresh air, 'Long Beach' is another easy 10-minute walk from your stay. This recreational area features a large, gated play area for families and free BBQ facilities for a relaxed afternoon. There’s also a charming beach, and waterfront pizzeria.
Take a wander through the beautiful and historic suburb of Battery Point, easily accessible on foot (just past Sandy Bay precinct). Enjoy its enchanting streets, browse unique eateries and jewellery shops, and soak in the stunning Derwent River views from its charming pubs like the Shipwrights.
