Vehicle Maximum: 5 (includes golf carts, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.)
Dog Friendly with Restrictions: 2 dogs, max 15lbs each (cats and other animals are NOT permitted)
Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Custom built to accommodate vacation rental guests!
Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Private Heated Pool and Hot Tub

113A E. Cora Lee is located on South Padre Island, Tx and is 1/2 a block from the beach.
This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large number of people with total comfort!

The living room, dining area, kitchen, and bunk bedroom are located on the 1st floor.

The bunk room features two full-size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children.

The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage.
It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal.
The large dining room table, bar seating, and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house.

Guests can easily access the backyard through the 1st-floor living room.
Enjoy getting a tan in the tropical backyard featuring a private heated pool and hot tub!
The backyard offers ample seating for guests with an array of lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, and a patio table.

The second floor entails 4 spacious bedrooms.
All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds.
The 4th bedroom entails two queen size beds.
All bedrooms have access to balconies.

The one-car garage and driveway will allow groups to park up to 5 vehicles at the property.

Absolutely perfect for our family

Absolutely beautiful home. AC works great, private pool and hot tub were perfect for our family and grandkids. Very easy 5min walk to the beach, or 1-2 min by golf cart. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes..has keurig and regular coffee pot fyi…. Also, there are a lot of sand toys and pool floats in the garage as well as beach chairs and wagon. All in all, this house was absolutely perfect for our family…great memories were made!

Great house

We rented 113A and 113B for a family reunion. We had 8 families and these 2 houses worked great. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Having 2 pools was nice too when not at the beach. Beach is close and within walking distance. We will definitely be renting these again. Also the AC works great in both units. Would highly recommend these townhomes.

So glad we picked this rental for our family vacation. Service and response was excellent. Location to the beach was so convenient and the home itself was fantastic and spacious. Check in was very efficient. The amenities in the home were wonderful with small things like plenty of towels and trash bags gave us one less thing to worry about. Kitchen utensils and appliances were fully stocked. The pool size was perfect as well the bbq grill. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Great location, walking distance from the beach. You can see the firework shows from the balcony! Everything was super clean and comfy. Perfect family vacation

This location was perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of room, we had a group of 11, including 4 kids. My only suggestions would be to bring some extra towels. We had a fantastic time, and the beach access is just to the right at the end of the street. I would recommend this house for any group size.

Very Nice Home

The house layout is perfect for families with adult kids or multiple families. Loved that every room had its own private bath and spacious showers! The house was clean and adequate toiletries/paper products. The pool was nice size, close walk to the beach. The only thing to make it better would be an outdoor bar and small refrigerator.

Beautiful Home!

We loved this home! It was spacious and loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very well stocked home with all the amenities. The beach access was just a short walking distance...perfect! Also, the SPI rental staff were all so nice! We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

An Oasis in South Padre

Incredible. Perfect lodging for our group of mothers and daughters. Lovely accommodations, superb response from management if we needed them. All in all, a perfect 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend and we will probably stay again in the near future.

70th Birthday Celebration on South Padre!

We visited South Padre with the family to celebrate a 70th birthday. The house was perfect for a multigenerational group with comfortable space to socialize and plenty of bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and in a very convenient location for beach access. The kitchen was spacious and had lots of dishes, utensils, and glassware, however the limited cookware available made it difficult to cook for a large group. Will was very responsive to all of our questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

Fabulous House

The house was perfect for us. Everyone raved about it. Loved the decor, the dining table was perfectly big. Check in and out was easy. The bathrooms were nice and big. We had to buy a can opener, which was minimal but surprising. I wish the cooking pans in the oven drawer would have been in better condition.

Perfect for our family of 13!

The beach house was amazing! We will definitely book again! The home was beautiful, very very clean, very accommodating (lots of towels, TP, dishes…), lots of space and sitting area which was great for our large family! Staff was great. When we had mentioned we were already in town they had our house ready by noon. The best part was the POOL!!! It was awesome! We ended up spending a lot of our days in the pool and nights in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome rental for large group

This rental is fabulous for a large group! The nice bedrooms upstairs all with their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were just perfect! We spent our days lounging in the backyard…lovely! I will mention that this house does not have a well stocked kitchen so if you are planning on doing cooking you'll want to bring extra items. There are plenty of eating utensils, plates, glasses and pots n pans. But that's it!

Property was very nice. Exactly as photographed. Can be noisy if attached townhomes are rented out at same time. Pool was very nice. Interior is well appointed. Lots of beach toys, floats, wagon, chairs. Probably left by previous renters. SPI doesn’t guarantee that stuff will be onsite. Quick walk to beach. Lots of bathrooms which was a huge plus.
