Standard Occupancy (sleeps): 14 guests (including infants & children)
Vehicle Maximum: 4 (includes golf carts, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.)
Dog Friendly with Restrictions: 1 dog, max 20lbs (cats and other animals are NOT permitted)
Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Let 200 W. Cora Lee be your own private oasis! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home comfortably sleeps 14 guests. The second level of the home entails the living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans and cookware needed to make delicious home cooked meals! The living room is equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa overlooking the open concept dining area and large flat screen Smart TV. Just off the living room is a 2nd floor South facing balcony where you and your guests can enjoy morning coffee, or just soak up the sun while enjoying the ocean breeze!

Also located on the 2nd floor are the 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms. The first queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and has access to a shared bathroom. The second queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and twin bunk bed. This room also has access to a shared bathroom.
The shared bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower, as well as a large vanity sink. Upstairs on the 3rd level of the home is the Master bedroom. The master entails a Queen size bed, attached bathroom and has access to a private east facing balcony. The attached bathroom features a walk-in shower and large vanity area, as well as a large walk-in closet. Back on the ground floor, you will find the 4th guest bedroom which includes a media space with a large flat screen Smart TV and ping pong table. The room is equipped with two sets of full over full size bunk beds that can accommodate 8 guests total. The room also has a washer and dryer and is just next to a full shared bathroom with shower.

Take a short 5-minute walk to the beach and spend the day playing in the waves, building sand castles and soaking up the warm Texas sun! Or cool off in your very own private sparkling pool!

Every stay at 200 W. Cora Lee includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Definitely enjoyed this getaway with the family. I wouldn't recommended it to any families with little ones under the age of 5 as they are crawling or walking around as it's a 3 story home and the stairs is what worried me as any other parent. However it was an over all a great home, very homey and spacious.

A hidden gem !!!

Stayed four days and three nights at this hidden gem, just a few blocks from the beach- my stay was relaxing and restful. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the day and the ocean air and atmosphere on the balcony at night. I would say this is the best vacation I have had in many years- host was quick to respond back when I had a question- AMAZING TIME HAD.

perfectly located and nice cozy place

Property was as shown in the pictures. Needed help with a couple of things on the property but spi rental guy and maintenance guys were quick to respond and help us out. If the weather would have been a little better, it would have been a perfect trip. Overall nice place to stay.

Me and my wife had an amazing time here. The house is obviously well kept and the pool is absolutely amazing. Best Rental in SPI

This was my first time in South Padre and the house was amazing and clean and ready for us when we got there! The game room was by far my favorite place in the house! And its located on a quiet street and has the best sunset view at the end of the street which is just a short walk and right on the water! Will definitely be back next time I visit SPI.

Beautiful, Amazing home with Pool

This house is beautiful, spacious and the décor is wonderful. It is literally 2 blocks from the beach and two blocks to the main street where the shops and stores are located. The back yard has a pool, patio and bbq grill it's a quiet oasis for the weary. The neighborhood is beautiful for evening strolls. This house is really a wonderful get away year around. I really enjoyed my mini working/vacation.

Thanksgiving vacation

Our stay at 200 W Cora Lee was awesome. Very clean home. The kids enjoyed the game room. Had trouble with Wi-Fi and called the office; within 20 minutes someone came to fix the problem. The pool was sparkling clean and also it was quite cold, the kids had fun doing “polar bear plunges”.
