Vacation rental 306 offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for making great meals at home. Two bedrooms and two full baths. The main bedroom and living room with adjoining patio. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations includes in the main bedroom a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed and a queen/twin bunk. Updated main bathroom has double sink vanity, a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. 306 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Beach Palms Resort amenities include Front desk NEXT DOOR for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grills, free assigned parking under building (ONE space only), TWO elevator systems, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Saturday Arrival and Departure 7-night minimum stay Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, RVs or boats.
