Welcome to your lakefront stay on the shores of Lake Macquarie. This spacious family home in Marks Point offers wide water views, generous living areas and direct access to the lake, making it ideal for families and groups wanting a relaxed waterfront escape.

What started with just a couple of family properties has grown into a small, hands on team that lives, works, and plays in the same streets and beaches our guests come to enjoy.

We are not a big corporate agency, we are local people who know the area and the homes we manage. You will often find us checking properties ourselves, meeting trades on site, and making sure each home is guest ready, rather than relying on cleaners alone to do the property management work.

We love welcoming couples, families, workers, and of course their dogs, to relaxed and well presented homes Our focus is on honest communication, clean and comfortable stays, and sharing local tips so you can make the most of your time by the lake and at nearby Caves Beach.

Marks Point is a relaxed lakeside village tucked between Belmont and Swansea on the eastern shore of Lake Macquarie. It has a true “by the water” feel, with a local marina, bowling club, lakeside reserves and walking paths all close by.

Just a few minutes’ drive away you’ll find Belmont and Swansea for supermarkets, shopping and more dining options, while the surf at Blacksmiths Beach and the Swansea Channel are only a short drive over the bridge.

Fish from the shore, launch the boat or jet ski at the nearby Marks Point boat ramp, or head out for a sunset cruise on Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lake. Follow the track near Lake Macquarie Airport to this tucked-away sand and swimming spot, loved by locals for its calm, shallow waters and peaceful feel.

Belmont Golf & Bowls offers an 18-hole championship links course between the lake and ocean, while Marks Point Bowling Club and Swansea RSL are handy for bistro meals and a casual drink.
