A great property near Rotorua and all the attractions. Quiet location and a bonus having beds already made up and towels to use. Also lovely having milk and treats in the fridge to use too. Thank you for putting the heat pump and electric blankets on so it was super cosy. Great for dog and clean bathroom and great shower. Just a note for host, shower water slow to go down plug hole.

Glad we had such a great stay in Rotorua. What really stood out was the overall comfort and atmosphere of the place. The host(Lyn) was welcoming and easy to communicate with, the amenities were well set up, and everything was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for getting around and enjoying what Rotorua has to offer. Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast communication.Perfect set up for our family of four for a short stay.Only note - lock box hard to see in the dark on arrival, so bring a torch on your phone or whatever if you arrive late :)We were only there for the marathon this time, but will likely stay again for longer and enjoy the local attractions.

Lyn was a friendly, flexible, and easy-to-communicate-with host. We were really impressed by the amenities. When we mentioned that our dog sheds a lot and asked whether a vacuum cleaner was available (there was only a broom and dustpan), Lyn went above and beyond and bought a brand new vacuum cleaner for us to use.The place is just a 2-minute walk from a park, which was perfect for spending time with our dog. The property is fully fenced and very pet-friendly. That said, we chose to keep our dog inside the house when we were away, as our Border Collie mix could potentially jump over the fence (around 1.5m high I think).Overall, it was a great stay and we would happily recommend this place to others, especially those travelling with pets.

Our stay was enjoyable, quite and easy to find. It was close enough to Rotoruas main attractions without having to travel far but nice not to be in busy main town, when u are used to the quite country. the cottage had everything we needed and communication was easy. Would recommend it to others and would use again ourselves.

Neat, tidy and well equipped (except no scissors). Useful small backyard,fully enclosed some of which is astroturf. Quite good retail facilities locally and only afew minutes run to Rotorua. Found the bed and blankets paticularly comfortable. We found the remote difficult to use for the TV. A few instructions as a guideline would be helpful. Nice touch with butter and milk in the fridge on arrival.All in all a good visit with no serious issues.
