WHAT IS NOT SHARED WITH HOST:
YOUR BEDROOM: There is only one queen bed and is best suited for one person or couples or two people that are comfortable sleeping together. You will drift to sleep on a brand-new comfy queen bed with soft warm bedding and sheets. Eating and drinking in your bedroom is not allowed. You can have a glass of water if needed. Sleeping on the living room sofas is not an option for quests.
YOUR BATHROOM: Located right across from your bedroom. You can soak in the tub or have a refreshing shower and dry off with fluffy towels provided for your use.
WHAT QUESTS WILL BE SHARING WITH THE HOST:
You will be sharing the kitchen/living/dinning area and two outdoor patios with one host and one friendly mostly outdoor cat. When I am away, I will let you know ahead of your arrival.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
No: Children No: Pets.
Guests: Single person or 2 adults and must be 19+ years.
Early check-in to be discussed starting Oct 1,26 check-out at 11:00 AM. You will be assigned a security code to enter the home during your stay. Feel safe with a security camera that is monitoring the outside and inside of my property 24/7. Along with neighbour hood watch.
Clear directions will be provided with a google map. If you are unable to find my place or have other issues, I am one text or phone call away and will get back ASAP. If I am not available, I will let you know before your arrival with an alternative contact who will be happy to help you.
PARKING: I have room for one vehicle in the driveway of the property. I do not have a wheelchair ramp. The stairs up to the entrance may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. I do not have power for EV’s you can find one near by.
KITCHEN: In the shared kitchen you will have an assigned cupboard stocked with dishes/glasses/utensils. You will share some cooking pans with me. You will have an assigned space in my brand-new fridge for your items. I do provide basic staples like salt/pepper/sugar and coffee/creamer. You can bring your own food or pick up items at a grocery store not far from my home.
Decks: You can enjoy two outdoor decks gaze at the fall colors with a hot drink and cover your legs with a warm blanket if the evening is chilly.
Entertainment: No access to a cable TV provider. You can Connect to a Fast Wi-Fi password provided when you arrive. Just hook up your phone to the TV in your bedroom or the Smart TV in the living room to access your subscription apps like Netflix/iTunes.
I am a smoker but I only smoke on the outside front patio and I make sure to close the windows when I am out there. (Smoking is not allowed inside my house) for the smokers you can feel comfortable to smoke cigarettes or cannabis in the designated area on the outside front deck please make sure to close the windows in the kitchen and your bedroom.
For the guest that may not like the smells outside of my home or have medical issue my home may not best suit your needs.



Light house keeping is required please rinse your soiled dishes/utensils and pans and put in the dish washer. Wipe down the counter tops and stove top. Please put food scraps in the trash bin under the kitchen sink after cooking and eating.
I will send you house rules when your booking is finalized along with your security door code. A check out list will be provided for you to fill out a day before you are to leave.
