The house was great and very clean. Even in February the pool was very warm. The only complaint would be a lot of messages from the property management team always checking in but very responsive.

This place is beautiful, clean, and close to shops. Most importantly, the location is perfect for visiting all the Disney parks. The pool and clubhouse area were also very nice.The only thing that needs serious attention is the quality of the cookware. The pots and pans are old, with peeling Teflon and loose handles. I wouldn’t expect world-class cookware, but at least something basic so you can make a simple breakfast without worrying about Teflon particles. We did ask for a replacement, but unfortunately, we never received one.Would I rent this place again? Absolutely, yes

Myself & colleagues reserved this VRBO for a business trip. We checked in on 2/16/26 and moved all of our personal belongings into the home. Upon entering we noted that the home was not clean and had a smell of stale cigarettes. Upon receiving a text from the owner on 2/17/26, we responded that the home was not clean and had an odor, as well as letting them know that they did not need to enter- we had cleaned up.When we returned to the home on 2/17/26 we were locked out. The code to the keypad did not work, and the emergency service would only allow a voicemail- there is no emergency service, maintenance is only available 9am-9pm during the weekday, and is not available on the weekend.We contacted VRBO for assistance, and they did try for quite some time to reach someone but were not able. Myself and my coworkers stayed in our car the entire night. When contacting their office about 8:00am and stating that our colleague needed to be brought to the hospital for necessary medication, they responded with "maintenance does not start until 9am". At about 10am the following morning one of their maintenance people let us into the home. We missed classes that we had paid ahead for, never mind sleep for a night. To date no one from their office has reached out to us to apologize or even check on us from that night.
