Open concept rancher style home at the top of a small hill with an ocean bay below. Fully furnished with appliances and kitchen/bath/ outdoor equipment. 3 bedrooms/2bath, open concept kitchen, a big deck & a hot tub in the privacy of trees.

Kayak and canoe available. Koi pond with waterfall. Hammocks in the trees. Kids lemonade or puppet stand.

Close to the Fanny Bay pub, the community hall with lots of events, and a market that runs in the summer months.

Great spot nestled in the woods. Well stocked and the hot tub was such a great addition. Had a little hitch with a bed issue but Megan was quick to keep us informed and did offer a small refund for the inconvenience without being prompted which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with a toilet not working properly. It needed some minor plumbing repairs to fix it. And the drier was not working which made it very difficult for the amount of people we had staying after beach days and a full day in the rain. The towels were extremely stiff due to the fact that they must have been air dried.

Unfortunately when running an Airbnb a dryer having a problem or a broken chain on a toilet that requires guests to just lift it while a repair man comes to fix in a rural area, is a pretty normal thing for running an airbnb. Absolutely no plumbing issue-just a broken chain and it was fixed within 2 days of the problem, along with the dryer. Tis unfortunate you got stiff towels—this is completely out of my control and completely normal events for excess use of a vacation rental. Hopefully you were able to enjoy your holiday minus air dried towels.

honestly the trip started out ok but was spoiled by the landlord bringing 4 cats onto the property and having them and herself living out of the attached garage where then the garage started to reek like a dirty litter box stinking up the entire house then on the day before our check out we caught her entering the house when we where not there only found out because she tracked cat faeces into the house through the garage door attached to the house when we got back home we had to rewash every item we had with us as everything smelled like a litterbox . id say 80% of the dishes where dirty and had old food on them and the hottub was dirty with like an oily film although she did treat the hottub with shock she must have put way too much in it as the chemicals where so strong for the remainder of the stay that that it actually bleached the colour out of our swimwear and it burned your eyes if the jets where onasked for a partial refund through vrbo and the host refused had to go through my credit card to see about resolving this situation terrible place to stay i would recommend finding somewhere else to stay i feel it was a complete waste of my money to stay there would have been better of at a hotel thank you for ruining our trip

Meg was an amazing host, and the property was immaculate. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with all the amenities thoughtfully provided. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and Meg was always quick to respond to any questions.The property is in a quiet location, but centrally located, making it convenient to explore the area. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you Meg!!
