Located on the 4th and last floor overlooking Cours Estienne d'Orves and the Old Port (without lift), this elegant flat has a comfortable living space of 80 m² and contains:
- a charming balcony with an unobstructed view of the Cours Estienne d'Orves and the Old Port,
- an elegant and luminous living room, without opposite,
- a bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a beautiful bathroom with Italian shower,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge),
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities, air conditioning,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

You can park in the Cours Estienne d'Orves and Charles de Gaulle INDIGO car parks, at your own expense.
→ No noise pollution is permitted between 10 pm and 8 am.

In the centre of the 1st arrondissement, the location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Ideal for going to the Vieux Port, visiting museums (Mucem, the museum of Marseille, the Cantini museum...), markets and beautiful squares with Mediterranean colours. Around your flat, you will find many restaurants and bars at the Cours Estienne d'Orves, the Place aux Huiles or the Vieux Port. Walking and exploring this magical and secret city can be done on foot, but it is also possible to easily use the bus. So you won't miss anything to explore the city of Marseille!
