Thoughtful details include the dedicated "sand room" which keeps the beach at the door. Along with a cabinet full of games and dual swivel chairs in the living room ensure every "night in" is just as memorable as the days spent surfing. Just steps away, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There are 4 seats at the dining room table, with 3 additional seats at the counter, creating a casual spot for morning coffee, quick bites, or conversation while meals are being prepared. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and flat-screen smart TVs located in both the living room and bedroom to keep everyone connected and entertained.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The sleeping spaces in this coastal-inspired condo are designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and relaxing beachy décor, creating the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. A single bunk tucked into the hallway provides a fun and convenient sleeping spot, especially for younger guests. In the living room, a sleeper sofa offers additional space for overnight accommodations while still serving as a cozy place to relax and unwind during the day.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
