ガスグリル付きのゲート付き中庭は、その日の新鮮な漁獲量を準備するのに最適な場所です。 Gulfフロント1階のリビングルームには、ソファー��ッド、40インチテレビ、4人掛け用のゲームテーブル、花崗岩製のカウンタートップ、製氷機、冷蔵庫、シンクが備わっています。

家の最初のレベルには、家の最初のレベルにウォークインシャワー付きの隣接するバスルームが付��た21インチのフラットスクリーン���レビ付きの湾岸フ���ン�������イ����ンベッドルームがあり���す。 この階からビーチへのアクセス、屋外席のあるビーチフロントのバルコニー���あります。

Everything was pleasant and easy! Instructions were visible and easy. Great place to vacations for a girls trip. Property is as shown on the pictures but, much better in person. I would stay again and again!

There were a few little inconveniences such as doors to rooms that didn't close or lock properly.I also had to deal with high barriers moving from the inside to the balconies. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had no problems except one overhead fan in a bedroom and TV remote in the same bedroom that didn't work properly.

Beautiful, well maintained house!

Toes in the Sand was an excellent house for our extended family. Amazingly- almost everything was in working order! Only issue we had was the very crowded beach! House is near a public access path & umbrellas were 3 deep in front of our house, very close together, & people even brought chairs to sit in front of us on the waterline!

Without a doubt, the BEST equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Any rental beachside along Scenic Gulf is THE place to be and this home was no exception. Property management never fails to impress by responding immediately to any and all issues (and we only had one - how to reset the cable connection!!).

Our only complaint is that somehow the beach in front of our house became college center. It was clear the gate code was passed out to friends. Toes in the Sand says it all!

We absolutely loved our stay with Frangista Beach Properties at Toes in the Sand. From sunrise to sunset we were mesmerized by the beautiful beach, powdery sand, and perfectly blue water. The house was beautiful, wonderfully spacious, super clean, and a perfect getaway in these challenging times. While it was just our family of five this time, we could easily see renting again for a multigenerational trip or with another family. Hector from Frangista was super quick and helpful with all communications and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. We will be thinking about our toes in the sand for a long time!!

It is a pleasure to work with all the staff. Toes in the Sand is comfortable and the minute we walk through the doors we feel like we are in a home away from home. We recommend more than two beach rental chairs or perhaps some extra beach chairs stored at the house? We love how the owners keep everything updated and in good repair.

Best lil house in Florida

Enjoyed everything about the house. The elevator worked perfectly for my son. The only thing was access to the beach. The grass or whatever it's called down here was awful it had spars and we kept stepping on them. The steps about killed us we had to carry my 10 year old who's is 85lbs up and down them. If there was a way to change that it would be perfect!
