Just as cute as can be! Nice view of the creek and boats. Great place to walk around. The elevator was awesome to have. Enough room for a family. Loved staying here.

The property was beautiful! It is just like the pictures. It is close to beaches and there is a lot of amenities at Pirates Cove. It had all of the kitchen gadgets you would need to cook. Having said that, this was the barest VRBO I think we have rented. The cleaning people must remove everything after each guest. There was not even salt and pepper. So make sure to pack or buy all items needed. We were also only given one towel per person. Make sure to read the documents as beach towels are not provided. There were also no basic cleaning supplies to clean up a mess or the table on the patio. Again, it was a beautiful place and close to the beaches and other fun things to do. There are just a couple of additional things that could make it more homier!

I stayed at this condo with my kids. Overall, at first glance, it was only moderately clean—there was dirt in the kitchen, on the patio, and on the table. I cleaned those areas myself. The pool wasn’t open. There was also no update from the Village Realty (vacation rental owner) about this. That was a real shame, because that was the reason I’d chosen the condo. The gym was good. What made the stay worse were two cockroaches in the bathroom, moldy coffee grounds in the kitchen, and a used women’s razor in the Village Realty's lack of communication. On the first evening, I received a message asking if everything was okay; I replied with several messages about the problems, but received no response. The next day, I called the office and was on hold for about 10 minutes; then I was told to leave my name and contact information, and that they would call me back as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. So here’s my conclusion: there might be some issues in a condo that cause dissatisfaction, and that was the case here, but what’s absolutely unacceptable is leaving the vacation home renter completely on their own to deal with these problems. That was very unprofessional.

I apologize for the lack of timely communication and the pool being closed without notice. We have reported your concerns to our housekeeping, maintenance, pest control, and guest services teams so they can investigate and take corrective action.
