Clean room and grounds, good parking and elevators not too busy. Tower 2 had an absolutely beautiful ocean view. Would definitely stay here again!

Good ocean view, beautiful sand and the inclusion of two chairs and an umbrella was nice. There were a couple of issues upon arrival that the inspection missed (icemaker not working, a stained chair cushion, Kuerig not working), but they were taken care of the next day. They brought in a new Kuerig. Inspection probably needs to pay closer attention.

This condo was pretty clean, except the floor. After walking around for about 10 min with no shoes my feet were very dirty. The beds were clean and comfy. It is a nice big condo. Kitchen is large as well as the master bedroom and bath. The balcony is on the side of the building so you can see the water but it is not directly in front of you. The area around the condo was nice and green and quiet. Some of the patio furniture is old as well as the coffee table that is kinda rickety. I gave this 4 stars due to the fact that the pool is not close by. We are use to having the pool on the beach side. But this pool was quite a hike to get to. We actually drove our car the day we checked it out. I think that’s the only thing that would make us not return to this condo. The check in process was great and communication was great

The only reason I put 4 on accuracy is for once, the listing DOWNPLAYS how awesome this place is! Its not partial view... its 100% ocean view. STUNNING- BREATHTAKING. Literally steps from the beach.. I sat on the balcony and watched a family of dolphins play. The beach is also so secluded. Its a safe and quiet property. We had an issue with the door and they communicated and fixed it quickly. Only had one issue with staff and it was a security guard at the entrance which again, they also addressed quickly. Liked it so much we thought about buying! The bed either needs a new box spring or mattress- it leans to the right of the bed. Overall, amazing!!!!
