This very stylish and modern two story duplex home is a dream holiday house for those who like to live in comfort and style, with all the modern comforts you could need and also some extra special features that are sure to excite.
This sleek and stylish home exhibits beautiful wooden floors throughout with a palette of cool and calming greys, natural wood touches and black finishes. A modish kitchen is the showstopper with stainless steel appliances and black finishes making a sophisticated space that is a pleasure to entertain from in the centre of the combined dining and living together with an outdoor covered deck with a fan and heater to keep you comfortable all year round.
There are two bedrooms, on the second floor, each with their own private en-suite bathroom. A third shared bathroom is located on the main level. The home is equipped with a full laundry and an electronic single lock up garage. Located only one street back from the beach you can easily walk to the beach to enjoy the wide-open spaces Peregian Beach has to offer.
The main village town centre is only a few hundred meters North of Jacana Street so you can find everything you might need just a short distance away.
Not suitable for infants.
Accommodates 4 - 2 x queen beds
Linen and bath towels are included.
