We were pleasantly surprised by several things with this house. First, the open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the main area makes the space feel much larger. The kitchen is well designed with a large granite peninsula and barstools, a modern French-door fridge, a large farm sink and plenty of storage space.The living room has plenty of space for sitting and relaxing with a huge smart tv.The middle bedroom was great for younger guests with two twin beds. The master bedroom was very spacious and the master bath was very elegant with a freshly updated design and a large walk-in shower.Laundry is available, but it is shared with the downstairs tenants via a lockout room. We found that clothes were often left in machines by others, but this was a minor inconvenience.The outside front porch has a table and chairs which make sitting with morning coffee a must-do. The hall closet has a great assortment of beach chairs, umbrella, and other accessories.The neighborhood is quiet, and seems to be mostly permanent residents. We walked our dogs several times each day and always felt safe. The location is very central to many restaurants, attractions, and shops. It’s a short drive to public parking at the beach, but it’s not too far to walk if you’re up for it.We enjoyed this house very much and are looking at returning next year. We would definitely recommend this property to families and pet owners.
