Place was clean and well maintained. Pictures didn't exactly match but I assume its because there is another suite rented out next to this one and the pictures are combined because they are quite similar. Only minor issue is that it said there was air conditioning but I the thermostat only had heat options and couldn't find any controls for AC.

The property is clean and bright. Steps from transit (both bus and Millennial Line). Close to amenities, ie. Real Canadian Superstore, Walmart, Canadian Tire, gas station. Hosts are readily available. Would definitely rent again.

オーナーのプロフィール画像
I was born in Victoria and have spent most of my life in Vancouver. I enjoy staying active and spending time with family, and I appreciate having a comfortable, well-run home.

As a host, I keep things straightforward. I focus on making sure the space is clean, functional, and exactly as described so guests can relax without surprises. I’m easy to reach if needed, but I also respect your privacy and let you enjoy your stay.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The property is in Renfrew Heights, which I like because it’s quiet, safe, and still very central. It’s a residential area, so you get a more local feel compared to downtown, but you’re still close to everything.

There’s quick access to transit and major routes, making it easy to get to downtown, Burnaby, or other parts of the city. I also like that there are parks, schools, and everyday amenities nearby, so it feels convenient without being busy or noisy.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The space is designed to be simple, comfortable, and practical. It’s clean, well-maintained, and set up so guests have everything they need without clutter.

Because it’s in a quieter residential area, you get a more relaxed stay compared to busier parts of the city. At the same time, the location makes it easy to get around, so you’re not sacrificing convenience. It’s a good balance of comfort, privacy, and accessibility.
