Looking for an affordable townhome rental at a Luxury resort? The Bunker 31 Townhome at Legacy Beach Resort is exactly what you need. Enjoy a view of the lake from your second level balcony and located right along the Garden City bike and walking path. Ride your bike or take a quick stroll into the downtown area of Garden City. You’re a 5 minute walk to the Garden City Park or a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pond which is a great place for kids to fish. There is a kids splash pad and outdoor pickle ball court located just outside of the townhomes or just walk across the street to the Legacy Beach clubhouse which includes access to a swimming pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub, and a 24-hour gym.



During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!

Great clean house to stay in. Location was great and access to pool and beach was a huge plus. It’s a little difficult to hang as a family group because the living room is in the first floor and the kitchen is on the 3rd floor. Also there is no garage so it’s a little more difficult to store bikes, paddle boards, etc. just something to think about if you are bringing a lot of toys.

Great cozy place with beach access and hot tub/pool. Fun view of the lake, and a fun middle floor with a pool table and kid area. If you have little I would just bring a baby gate and lock/zip tie as there are a lot of steep stairs

Besides the Xbox not working well, the place was great and loved the closeness to the lake and access to a private beach area and dock. Would stay here again!

Great Place to Saty

This condo is in a good location. Very clean. Nice to sit on upper level balcony and look out on lake. Close to the lake and has a nice swimming pool.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay although the layout was extremely odd. The fan in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom did not work. It got really hot upstairs. Basement bathroom did not have a mirror, no coffee cups and the garbage disposal was not connected. The property manager was great about bringing us some coffee mugs and to look at the disposal. We had to plug it in to use it and unplug it after. Two great pools, kids loved the middle floor games, .

Great views! Interesting layout and dangerous crossing the street to the pool

We booked this location for an end of summer vacation. It is technically "beach front" but you wouldn't necessarily want to spend the day at this beach. Too much vegetation and muddy. We ended up going to North Beach everyday. Beautiful views of Bear Lake from the deck and from the pool. We stayed during the week and the pool was lovely but got slammed and busy starting Friday night. Too busy to try to swim or hot tub on the weekend. These "bunker" townhomes are across the street from Legacy Beach and it can be very dangerous to cross if there is traffic. There is no light, no cross walk, no flags - at one point when crossing with plenty of time a truck hauling a boat saw us and sped up and honked loudly at us and swerved into the next lane to avoid hitting us. Terrified our kids. Legacy Beach needs to do something about crossing the street to access the pool. This particular townhome was a very interesting layout. Technically sleeps a lot of people but we wouldn't feel safe putting anyone on any of the top bunks. Most of the bunk beds felt rickety. Also no mattress pad covers which was annoying because the thin sheets kept popping off the mattress while sleeping. Also just some other weird stuff like there is a coffee pot, but no coffee mugs.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay. I do apologize that the beach did not live up to your expectations. Each summer is different on what the water levels do. The last 2 years the beach has been great because the water was low and guests we able to drive right down by the water and there was plenty of nice sandy area exposed for all to enjoy. This year with the water being a lot higher it did bring it up into the muddy, swampy area and it definitely was less desirable. It it is tough to predict what it is going to do and I wish I could control the water levels and always have it at the perfect height so that it is always a great and enjoyable beach. I too really wish that the State would add a cross walk to cross the highway too, we have even approached them about it and they are unwilling to do anything about it at this point. As far as the pool, it does get busy on the weekends especially in the busy summer months. There is a new pool going in over by the Townhomes that should be completed and open for next summer. That will help spread out the congestion between two pools and hot tubs. Thanks for the heads up on the coffee mugs and mattress pad covers. Those should both be in there and I am not sure why they were not there during your stay but I will follow up with my cleaners on that. Thanks, Management @ Legacy Beach Resort
