The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious, air-conditioned apartment with terrace - a rare asset in Paris. Quiet and well-appointed, it is perfectly suited for five people, whether you come with family, friends or for business trips, just a stone's throw from Notre-Dame.



The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), as well as a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm). They each have new and very comfortable bedding. It also has a television.

• A bathroom: it includes a modern shower, a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Separate toilets are at your disposal for greater comfort.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open kitchen: fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a hob, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a single sofa bed & a comfortable space to relax or share a friendly moment.

The apartment also includes storage space, as well as practical laundry equipment: washer-dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

• An exterior: you can enjoy a beautiful terrace and a pleasant dining area.

• A dining area: this space is ideal for enjoying your meals and comfortably welcoming all guests inside.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional Charges:

Unauthorized late check-out: €90.

Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.



Internet Access:

Avoid using Internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Please understand that any Internet malfunction caused by telecommunications operators is not our responsibility and will not give rise to compensation.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
