The Space:

PLEASE READ: Note that dock is reserved for owner use only and is not available to guests. The dock and any boats on the property are strictly off limits during your stay. There are two parking spots on the edge of the driveway that are reserved for the owner in the corner of the driveway by the lawn. Please note that the lawn has an uneven, elevated edge where it meets the creek. We ask that all guests, especially those with children, remain cautious near the waterfront.

PLEASE NOTE:

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the third garage bay and garage storage closet. These spaces are reserved for owner storage. The dock is not available for guest use and is private property, please respect this. The painted parking space is not available for guest use this is reserved for the owner.



The Neighborhood:

The Creekhouse is tucked away on Sagamore Creek in Portsmouth, NH — a peaceful waterfront setting with easy access to everything the NH Seacoast has to offer. Downtown Portsmouth is just minutes away with walkable streets, acclaimed restaurants, boutique shops, and a lively waterfront. Beautiful beaches in Rye and New Castle are a short drive away, along with scenic coastal parks, historic attractions, and some of the best seafood on the Seacoast



Getting Around:

Downtown Portsmouth is under 10 minutes by car, with walkable streets, acclaimed restaurants, boutique shops, and a lively historic waterfront. The beaches of Rye are about 15 minutes away, New Castle is just 10 minutes, Hampton Beach is roughly 25 minutes down the coast, and Kittery, Maine — known for its outlet shopping and fresh seafood — is just over the bridge at about 5 minutes.
