This gorgeous condo is a premier lakefront rental on the Iowa Great Lakes! The Bridges Bay unit is on the east shore of East Okoboji facing west meaning the view and sunsets are absolutely spectacular day or night. The unit is 1818 sq' with a 438 sq’ deck, 3-bedrooms, exterior entrances due to the first floor location! One king and two queen size beds. - sleeps 7 in beds and more with the futon and provided air mattresses! Full linens and kitchen supplies all there! Includes cable and wi-fi. Waverunner Hoist Available for extra fee. Very close to outdoor/indoor water park and also very close to another pool between condo buildings. Six daily passes included for the indoor water park and main outdoor pool. One of the best on the lakes! Renter pays normal tax and applicable VRBO fees.

Great long weekend

This place was perfect for 3 couples to enjoy the lake and all that Okoboji has to offer! Great views, location, very clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Golf Trip

Stayed a couple of nights for a guys golf trip. Property was very nice, with a great view of the water. Enjoyed cooking on a very nice, gas grill. All in all, wonderful stay!!

Beautiful view

Our stay was very relaxing. The view was awesome. The weather was cool so we enjoyed the indoor water park. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Everything went smoothly.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. The place is in a prime location. We utilized the free water park passes and pool. It is a short walk to Arnolds Park. The property had everything we needed as well. The back porch was perfect and the view every night was absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay so much!

We needed something that would Hold all of us for my sister and her fiancés Bach parties and this was perfect. We were able to make plenty of room with air mattresses and the view was beautiful. It was perfect for somewhere to sleep and get ready for all our party Shenanigans I would definitely stay again!

Nice place. Good views

Nice big condo on the first floor with great views of the water. Second time here and still like it. My only complaint is the parking lot gets so full from all the people staying in the different condos, it can be quite challenging finding a spot nearby this particular condo or anywhere at all sometimes.

That is where we usually park our extra car and we have never had a problem finding a spot - even on busy weekends! There is always the underground stall as well! fabulous condo!

gorgeous view of the beautiful East Okoboji Lake! Within walking distance of the Waterfront Grille and Bracco (be sure to make reservations!) the stay went smoothly, however, we were unable to find paper towels and the master bed fell as my friends were asleep in the middle of the night :0

Perfect place for families

Great set up on first floor for easy loading and unloading. Right next to water park over at the hotel. You can walk right over and 6 daily passes that came with condo stay were great for our family! Condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Great restaurant and bars for adults right there as well. Views of lake are great and you are really close to Arnold’s Park. Great experience for our family and we would definitely rent the place again! Check- in and check out was a breeze as information was communicated perfectly!

Family get away

Everything was great! Beautiful sunsets. morning came quick because shades didn't all work . Brought our pontoon found space to dock at bay Bridges. Put trailer in trailer lot across street,was no problem. We will make this a summer destination every year now the whole family loved it. Loved being on the first floor. The condo was very spacious.

Condo is dirty, items broken, outdated

Our experience was not good, management was not helpful as 3.5 hrs away. Master bedroom smelled of smoke, moldy shower curtain, patio was very dirty with lots of spiders/cobwebs, grill dirty, 1 guest room bed is broke held up by paint can and no box spring, master bedroom tv broke not working, multiple curtains broke, living room tv system old and doesn't work, condo pools closed and did not tell us, bridges bay pools either indoor or outdoor open, unable to staff both pools, I never write reviews....that should tell you something

Hi Mark, I'm sorry your stay was not satisfactory to your standards and frankly it is a little hurtful as I really tried to do my best to do what I could to meet your MANY issues. As you can see from the other reviews, nobody else has EVER had a problem. We did let you know about the pools ahead of time, even though this was something not in our power and equally frustrating to us as it was to you. I don't feel like I need to go through and justify each separate item, since most have been discussed with you already and many are simply not true. I'm not sure what you mean by the curtains being broke as you never mentioned this and we were just there this last weekend and there wasn't even one curtain broken. This condo is feet from the lake and cobwebs are on the deck literally every night. You told me yourself that when you checked in early (without permission) that our cleaning company was blowing off the deck. I wonder if they felt rushed since you were unexpectedly there early and didn't give them time to finish?? We do appreciate you staying with us but feel that your complaints are unwarranted and unfair especially based on the fact that we have never had another issue prior to this. Not one. I don't normally write reviews either, which should also tell you something. Thanks for your stay and I hope you find a condo that better satisfies your needs.

Great Location!

Ground floor condo with beautiful lake view in a great location! We just returned from a winter stay in Okoboji. We had a great time. Beautiful condo, nice amenities, well stocked. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness. The sheets and towels were clean, however, I’m not sure if it was because it was the off-season, but whoever is cleaning for the property owner, is not cleaning well. The master shower had used soap left behind. There is a beautiful jacuzzi tub, however, the jets are moldy and there was hair around it. The kitchen counters are really nice granite, but were dirty and so was the oven when we got there.The ceiling fans had a lot of dust and cob webs. It felt as though it hadn’t been used in a bit and was left dirty in some spots. It may be that it is due for its spring cleaning. The owner had provided a lot of extras for summer use. We would stay there again. The owner is easy to deal with. Overall the property is nice.

What a great time our family had. We had ages 3-60+ stay. Our host communication was 2nd to none, absolutely fantastic!! The condo was gorgeous! Lots of room for our family of 9. We we had easy access to the docks, thanks to a trolley/lift that took us dow the bank. We hated leaving.
