You can have it all!!! This property is probably what we all think of when dreaming of a Cape Cod beach vacation. A short stroll of less than a third of a mile takes you to glorious Bay View Beach with splendid blue waters. Listen to the bay while indulging yourself in the large outside shower. Enjoy magnificent views from all rooms on the upper level, including the main bedroom. Relax on the second floor featuring a light, open and airy floor plan with central air and sliding glass doors opening onto a wraparound deck with amazing views of beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Walk into Dennis Village for your morning coffee, ice cream or an evening of live music at the Harvest Gallery Wine Bar. On the first floor you enjoy two bedrooms with King sized beds with a shared full sized bathroom and a third bedroom with two twin sized beds. Furthermore there is a living area on the first floor, as well as a full sized washer and dryer. Central air on 2nd floor and ductless mini splits on the first floor will keep you cool on those hot summer days!. Upstairs you will find the main living room, dining area with seating for 6 and kitchen, as well as another bedroom with a King sized bed.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
