This is a 2-level apartment (2d & 3d floors) with a scenic terrace immediately above it, right off a beautiful central medicinal and culinary plant garden. It is equipped with cable TV (several US news channels) and WIFI. It is located in a small, secure private compound in a friendly family neighborhood, walking distance to downtown. The property is framed by a gated, tasteful fieldstone wall. It holds a main house with fitness room and guest work center, four other rental units, a sauna and garden massage room. There is neighborhood grocery next door and a full supermarket nearby. Special weekly & monthly rates.

オーナー : Richard Morgan
I am originally from New Jersey, USA. I am married with three sons. I am a perennial student: a graduate of Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, The US Army Command & General Staff College, the National Defense University, and University of Arizona. I hold an undergraduate degree in Sociology and graduate degrees in Education and Latin American Studies. I retired in 1988 from 24 years of military service in U.S., Europe, Asia. During this career, I served in Infantry units and taught in both military and civil schools, to include at Rutgers and Seton Hall Universities. I have lived at Lake Atitlan since 1999. I am a fitness trainer and exercise nut. I am the published author of numerous books and articles on military subjects, education, and the contemporary culture and history of Guatemala and Mexico.

It is unique on the north shore of Atitlan for it's focus on personal well-being and cultural connections with the local Mayan society. The medicinal and culinary plants in my unique garden are available to guests.
