There’s a pergola in the backyard with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a cool drink and chat with friends. From Hidden Villa you can easily reach everything you want to do in St. Augustine from visiting Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth to hitting the beach to shopping, golfing, fishing, and taking in sights like the World Golf Hall of Fame and St. Augustine’s Wild Refuge.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood when you arrive at Hidden Villa you’ll be pleased to discover your off-street driveway parking. Through the front door you’ll enter a long room that encompasses your living room, dining area, and kitchen. This open-concept design gives the home a warmth and connectedness you and your guests will appreciate. Hard surface floors punctuated by warm area rugs are enhanced by the beachy décor and soothing blue walls of Hidden Villa. Your comfortable living room furniture provides a welcoming gathering place for you and your friends to watch cable TV or check out websites for area attractions on your free Wi-Fi.

The nearby dining room table is a wonderful place to gather for a card game. Plush upholstered chairs will feel good no matter how long the game goes on. This table is close to the kitchen area of the great room, which makes it simple to get food on and off the table at mealtime. Of course, you may want to take your food out to the pergola in the backyard and enjoy it in the great outdoors enjoyed around an outdoor table. You also have a charcoal grill out by the pergola in case you want to grill up some burgers or the fish you catch on a fishing charter.

The kitchen area runs along the back wall of the great room. You’ll like cooking with the stainless steel appliances. Your cabinets include room to store all your food. Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and utensils are all here waiting for you to put them to use. If you don’t want to cook while you are on vacation that will work out fine too. You have a host of restaurants of all varieties within close proximity of Hidden Villa. You’ll definitely want to sample the local seafood and other favorites while you’re at Hidden Villa.

After a day of enjoying the vibrant St. Augustine community and taking in its many attractions, you’ll no doubt be looking for a place to get some sleep. The two bedrooms at Hidden Villa each include a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage for your clothes in dressers and closets. The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
