Pearl 704 Sugar White Sand and Emerald Waters. Spectacular view

Come enjoy our 7th floor condo at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Located between Pensacola and Destin, Navarre Beach is a quiet, family oriented beach. The sand is white as snow and the water is an emerald color, hence the Emerald Coast. Leave the crowds and traffic in Destin and Pensacola and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Go shelling or fish from the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk or cycle on the 3 mile long bike path that runs along Gulf Blvd. Visit the Gulf Island National Seashore or one of the parks on the island. Cross the bridge and let your kids cool off at the kid's water park and play ground; both are right next to the Visitors Welcome Center. There are several fast food restaurants, grocery stores and local shops along Hwy 98. Incredible Gulf views can be seen from the private balcony. The dining area has a wet bar. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils/supplies and has new quarts counter tops. The floors in the entire condo were recently upgraded to porcelain plank tiles. We also offer FREE WiFi, electronic keyless entry.
The Pearl is a secure gated property with coded entry at the front gate and the beach access point. The Pearl has 2 gulf front swimming pools, one of which is geothermal heated year round and a hot tub.

The condo was nice and comfortable. The cleaning on the other hand was terrible. Counters, coffee pot and refridgerator were uncleaned. The host was very easy to communicate with.

First the positives: The beds were very comfortable. The pool and other amenities were excellent. Balcony and beach view were very enjoyable. Building security was also excellent. I do think this condo is in need of a complete refresh. Although not dirty, It is well worn. The dishes, utensils, and pots and pans were very nice. I will include a couple photos on concerning areas. The vent in one bathroom is surrounded by dark matter and the ceiling in one of the bedrooms has something strange happening.

David, Thank you for pointing out the positives. As for the concerning issues, they were just discovered by the previous guest. We had a Heating and Air conditioning company come out to check the AC to see if it was working properly but you refused to let them in. We have taken care of the mildew on the vent and ceiling and have rescheduled the AC company to come back out to check the AC.

The condo unit was wonderful! It was clean, had several useful items in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location for relaxing. The pool and the hot tub were lovely and the beach being just steps away was the best! We really appreciated that there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well.

First time in Navarre and this was the perfect place to experience what the beach has to offer. Convenient location to grocery and shopping. Wonderful walks along the beach. It was the perfect space for us and our young adult son.

The location was great, the view was gorgeous, the check in was easy, the building was fantastic. However, there is a mold issue going on, there's visible mold growing in both bathrooms and around the ceiling vent in the kitchen. The unit needs a good deep cleaning, and maybe because it's the thick of the travel season and it is only getting a good surface cleaning. It also seemed like maybe they're working on updating the unit? The kitchen and bathroom sinks and toilets were impeccable and spotless. And the shower was wiped down, but there was mold growing all over the showerhead. But it seemed like housekeeping missed a lot of other areas of the unit. I chose to clean it myself and have a nice vacation. Once we got over the ick factor, we had a lovely stay. And it was pretty affordable, which is why I chose to just take care of it myself and get over it. It is a very nice building, the kids loved the pool, and the view couldn't be beat.

The unit needs to update the cookware. We couldn’t use the skillets because they were too scratched up. Merle with Starfish, the property manager was great. We called about not having hot water and he took care of it in about an hour. Great view. The fans need to be cleaned. But we had a great time
