The rental was clean, well stocked and accurately portrayed in the pictures and description. The beach was clean, beautiful and easily accessible. The accommodations were perfect for the 4 couples in my family to each have their own private space. Communication and response from Frangista was excellent. Would definitely go back.

We loved staying at this property! It has beautiful beach views, and easy walk down to the private beach was a huge plus! The beds were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to rest, relax and enjoy each other throughout the week. The host is quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, very receptive management to a small problem that we encountered. Only real problem was Tropical Storm Bertha that closed the beach for three days, but that can't be controlled.

Perfect set up for our group. We had 8 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are good size. Right on the beach so it was super easy to walk right out of the condo onto the beach. Would stay here again for sure.

Great property - loved every minute - direct on beach

Very clean property with great location on beach. Able to walk to a couple restaurants. Property was stocked with everything needed with comfortable bedding.

Family Getaway

Great place to stay

Condo beautiful. Amazing view and location. Managers super nice. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Elevator a great help for me. Free coffee a nice bonus.

Great home for a 4 generation family vacation!

We loved the location of the home - start the day with a walk to Bad Ass coffee and end the day with a walk on the beach to Pompano Joes’ for beach cocktails. The kitchen was so well equipped for the cooks in our family. The layout gave everyone there own space for bedrooms and baths.

Amazing beach vacation

This house and location are perfect! It was right on the beach. The sunsets are amazing. You will not be disappointed as this house everything you need and then some. Very nice and well cleaned. We will be back soon!

Love the house. Right on the beach. Management was so helpful and responsive to all my questions. Beach chair set up was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked. Just wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone.

Little slice of Heaven on the beach

The location was fantastic the backyard is literally the beach, The house was very clean and felt like home. The bunk room stays very warm so bring a fan. The driveway sits on the main stretch so it very hard to get out with all the traffic but these are very minor issues. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again.

Great Vacation at Sea La Vie!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. It is a great touch for the owner to provide a bottle of wine when you first arrive. After 10 hours with our kids in the car, we definitely needed it!! The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. This will be our vacation home for years to come! Thank you Frangista Beach Properties. We will be back!

We have rented twice from Frangista and definitely will again. We have used other companies for a VRBO and never had the same courtesy or response to any questions from someone. They treat you like an old friend and have exceptional properties with wonderful amenities! Extremely pleased again!

Fantastic Rental Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole experience of rental was very easy and stress free. The house was beautiful as described with everything that we needed and was so clean. We were just a few steps from the beach and our chairs were always at the beach and waiting. I would recommend this house and love to rent it again.

Sea La Vie

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting a beach front house and it was absolutely worth it. The house was immaculate and beautiful. It was awesome waking up to the Gulf of America every day. There’s very limited beach front properties in the area and this is one of the best. My only complaint was that the exterior of the house was being swarmed by hundreds of bug (not an exaggeration), but on our last day they all disappeared. It made using the balconies impossible.

Yes, I remember calling you about the bugs and we do have this from time to time when we have strong north winds as the bugs live near the bay and are then blown in, the wind switched back to the southwest and they were gone! Good Overall with some flaws

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great on the beach but the parking and getting out is horrible next to scenic rd. The small pool was nice after being on the beach. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows are well worn and need to be replaced. Also there is a big issue with the also g glass doors locking themselves that left people outside for awhile especially on the 2nd floor. The views were beautiful as well.

Stay at Sea La Vie

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and accommodations were GREAT. The layout was exactly as outlined. The manager had great customer service as we had a question about the refrigerator and pool maintenance. This has nothing to do with Frangista Beach Properties, but the unit 2 below, 1935 Scenic Gulf Drive, was fishing for shark on the beach right next to us. Even to the point of Running fishing lines (2) from the beach, attached to a canoe and rowing out to deeper water to drop the line, then reeling in shark and then releasing in the shallow water.
